1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by OpenWaveNetworks Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing our wireless network, consulting, or site survey platforms.

2. Provision of Service

OpenWaveNetworks provides high-performance wireless engineering surveys, site deployments, and hardware configurations. While we strive to deliver maximum Wi-Fi throughput and signal coverage, wireless signals are subject to environmental factors, material interference, and local terrain obstacles beyond our control.

3. Customer Survey & Bookings

Consultations and site surveys booked via our online scheduling tool are subject to confirmation. Users must provide accurate address details, contact information, and coordinates. Cancellations or schedule modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked engineering appointment.

4. Hardware & Equipment

Any physical networking hardware deployed on customer premises (Access Points, Wireless Bridges, Routers) remains the property of OpenWaveNetworks Ltd until fully invoiced and paid. Customers are responsible for securing proper utilities and electricity lines to power deployed equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability

OpenWaveNetworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from network downtime, service interruptions, hardware failures, or configuration changes carried out during or after installations.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
